Which Countries do you Ship to?

RWT currently ships to the UK and to countries within the EU.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all UK orders with delivery between 3 to 5 business days.

Express 1 to 2 business day delivery is available for the UK at £4.69.

We also offer one standard shipping rate for EU shipments.

Standard EU shipping rate £12.50 (Approx. Euro 14.50) with 5 to 6 days delivery time.

Are your products quality checked?

Yes. All of our products are tested and inspected prior to shipping

Do you offer guarantees?

Yes. All of our products have a 12 month guarantee.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We have a 30 days return and refunds policy.

We offer our customers the option of a free replacement or full refund if the product has an issue or is not to your satisfaction.

Will I be charged tax on my order?

All UK orders will be Tax Free.
